Sarah has extensive experience in digital transformation and technology disruption, and has worked in project and service based consultancies for more than 25 years, working internationally across Australia and New Zealand, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa and Latin America. Sarah was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 28 August 2017.
Sarah is currently the Managing Director of Publicis.Sapient Australia, which is a digital business transformation hub of the Publicis Groupe. Sapient helps clients drive growth and efficiency through its expertise which spans technology, data science, strategy and creative. She has held senior executive roles as Managing Director of Avanade Australia, Managing Partner and Vice President at IBM, Managing Partner at PwC and Partner at Arthur Andersen. Sarah's work experience is across many industries including working for organisations such as BHP, Stockland, AGL, Treasury Wine Estates, MMG, Chevron and Rio Tinto.
Sarah is a Chartered Accountant, and member of the Chartered Accountants Australia/New Zealand. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Sarah is Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee for Ovarian Cancer Australia, where she has previously been a Non-Executive Director, and a member of the Diversity Council for ACS (Australian Computer Society).
